Update Certbot with Cloudflare

The certbot ssl certificate is valid only for 90 days. We might have to keep renewing it. We will get an email update about expiring certificates.

If you have set up cloudfare for your website, make sure the dns is pass through. This is required while the renewal process goes on. Renewal typically take some 10 secs (depending on the number of end points, it may increase)

Once cloudflare is in pass through, login to the machine hosting the site and run:

certbot renew

You are done! Remember to turn on cloudflare caching.
